  14. To Print a black and white Presentation:
  15. • In Persuasion, go to "Print" under the "File" menu
  16. • Select Print: Black and White (radio button)
  17. • Select Print Choices: Slides (radio button)
  18. • Select Pages: "All" (radio button)

  20. To Print a color Presentation:
  21. • In Persuasion, go to "Print" under the "File" menu
  22. • Select Print: color/grayscale (radio button)
  23. • Select Print Choices: Slides (radio button)
  24. • Select Pages: "All" (radio button)

  27. • In Persuasion, go to "Print" under the "File" menu

  33. Printing in grayscale often takes a lot of time and toner: for a copy
  34. of the slides in black and white from a color presentation to use for content 
  35. proofing purposes:
